opie7799 69 Posted May 15, 2017 Ok. I'm 5 months out lost 80 lbs and close to goal. That being said I am very selective on what I eat and would love any suggestions on snack foods that are healthy to expand my Snacks. It's always nice because there is si much out there I will start. The New Kel 1,312 Posted May 17, 2017 My go to snacks: My current favorite snack is toasted walnuts and pecans. I put the raw nuts in a pan, spray with Pam, add some Stevia and some salt, mix, and cook them on median heat until they start to brown. Let them cool and store them in the fridge. I use them on yogurt or just by themselves as Snacks. LittleLizzieLilliput 919 Posted May 17, 2017 bacon. Hormel pre-cooked black label bacon. heat up in microwave, dab off all the grease. YUM!! Two slices of those and I'm happy.
