What are you substituting for the comfort that food brings?

My emotional eating was always the product of stress. Exercise is a great safeguard against stress, even if you don't really like it. I took up running, which I never thought I'd enjoy. I also knit, which keeps me busy when I might otherwise be bored. I am almost a year post op and below gw for some time (I haven't updated my stats but I'm at 142 now, size 8). Staying busy is key. After wls you control food, not the other way around, if you work at it.
