I still do have a little on my arms, inner thighs and stomach but im sure it would have been so much worse if i never started exercising. Berry78 4,261 Posted May 15, 2017 You are so inspiring! Our stats are similar, except I'm just 8 weeks out today... nowhere near goal. I can only dream of looking half as good as you! Hope you don't mind my asking what size jean you are wearing... 1 LizHenderson reacted to this

Now i still stay on high protein lower carb diet, no real sugar only substitutes, greek yogurts, cheese sticks, eggs, whole grains and sweet potatoes only, i also try to drink as much Water as possible. Minimum of 64 oz to at least a gallon 120 oz.I do love to use weights at the gym and im working on building muscle since that helps to burn fat.
