FatPharm 21 Posted May 14, 2017 I had 2 ounces (little medicine cups) of watered down refried Beans today, which are part of my Stage 2 diet. My plan doesn't say to Water them down, but they were pretty thick, so it seemed like a good idea. I made sure to take small amounts and even chewed up any tiny bean pieces. I noticed a heavy feeling in my back rather than in my sleeve. Is this normal? I am 13 days out. 1 Melena68 reacted to this
Berry78 4,261 Posted May 14, 2017 Yes. Everyone feels fullness in a different way, but between the shoulder blades is a common area. As your stomach regains feeling, you may notice changes.. Or maybe it will always be this way Sounds like you are doing great! 1 Melena68 reacted to this
Melena68 40 Posted May 14, 2017 I have the same sensation. I was sleeved on May 9th. My surgeon allows cream of wheat, and yogurt in the liquid phase. I have that feeling at times when I eat those foods. I just eat very slowly and take breaks between bites.
