FatPharm 21 Posted May 13, 2017 Just wondering when I'll be able to do something like an hour long Zumba class. I'm still sore in a few of my incisions and my energy isn't 100%.
Introversion 1,876 Posted May 13, 2017 I was cleared by my surgeon's aftercare team to perform 'real' exercise (a.k.a. moderate to vigorous intensity) at six weeks out. However, I did not resume exercise until approximately three months out. I started with a walk/jog routine. Less than two years later I run an average of 30 miles per week. 3 Ms. Brightside, FatPharm and Godsgirl65 reacted to this

That's awesome! 1 Introversion reacted to this

Berry78 4,261 Posted May 14, 2017 I'm 8 weeks postop and could imagine starting a zumba class about now. I had a very easy recovery too. 1 LifeIsAllGood reacted to this
