AngieK72 69 Posted May 13, 2017 Hey all. My weight has increased since surgery. I have been drinking chicken broth and think part of the reason is the high sodium content. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Trying not to freak out...
MarinaGirl 609 Posted May 13, 2017 It's not the sodium in the broth. In fact you need that right now to help with dehydration. It is most likely due to the IV fluids before and after surgery. It will get better soon. 1 Dashofpixiedust8 reacted to this
AngieK72 69 Posted May 13, 2017 Thank you for replying. I was starting to stress out. The scale goes up when I haven't eaten anything since Sunday at 5:30pm. Lol
rainyann 118 Posted May 13, 2017 The first time I weighed myself a couple of days after surgery I was almost 10 pounds up.... It comes off, don't worry 1 Dashofpixiedust8 reacted to this
