mkemp942 2 Posted May 12, 2017 I'm 2 months post on and someone baked me a sugar free cheesecake because I told them that I can't have regular cheesecake. It was nice; however I'm afraid to eat it. Is it too soon for that? Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
no onions 258 Posted May 12, 2017 It's your choice I would say -- based on your recovery and your Dr's recommendations though. Many programs would discourage it, mine included. In my case, that early, I wouldn't have even considered it and probably would have just thrown it away/given it away. I might eat a small piece of something like that today, but generally do not. Thanks no onionsMy gut was saying to throw it away. Since it was given to me at work, I don't want to hurt their feelings, so I will take it home and toss it. sugar free popsicles has been my treat of choice lately.
