no onions 258 Posted May 12, 2017 For me it was easier to just do the gummies. I like the vitafusion adult gummies and the kirkland signature adult gummies. They do have calories and carbs, but they were negligible in my mind. 3 LifeIsAllGood, ladygg1967 and Dametris reacted to this
blizair09 3,250 Posted May 12, 2017 @no onions Great screen name! I hate onions, and come from a very anti-onion family.

RitaBaby 9 Posted May 13, 2017 Does anyone have problems taking Multivitamins daily because of bad taste?I take ProCare Health chewables. They're not bad and you only have to take one a day. You can even request a sample on their website. 1 LifeIsAllGood reacted to this
MarinaGirl 609 Posted May 13, 2017 I couldn't handle chewable vitamins after surgery. They usually contain sugar alcohols (chemicals ending in -itol like xylitol or malitol), which are artificial sweeteners. They give me gas and make me nauseous now. This is not an uncommon reaction after bariatric surgery. 1 LifeIsAllGood reacted to this
