What is your opinion of the vitamin patches vs taking the pills?

I've been doing Patches for about three months. Love
It. So much easier that trying to
get all those pills in. My levels were good last month except my
Iron was really low which I've always had low Iron. My NUT
Has me taking an extra iron
supplement along with the patch

I took the Vitamin pills before surgery but now do the patch and feel great! I can easily swallow pills but the patch is effective and less expensive so why not! I'm 6 months since surgery, 62 years old and doing awesome! The best thing I have ever done for myself!

Almost a year now. Multi vit patch. Added D3 patch 3 months ago because my d was low. I have my annual blood work this coming Saturday. I will report back
