Yes. Especially in diabetics this can be related to a "low", or a hypoglycemic episode.

The difference in whether or not it's potentially dangerous lies in how long it lasts. Does it happen only when you stand up, and go away after like 5-20 seconds? Or does it just regularly happen throughout the day. If it's the latter, might wanna talk to your doctor.

I'm not having that problem I been hospital since Sunday I had surgery April 17 2017 I can't eat drink or keep nothing down vomiting nausea diarrhea they check my sleeve and it is doing fine and this problem start after surgery and they are running all kind of tested on me I hope I get better soon and be able go home to my family
