OMG my surgery is one week from today! I'm so excited and nervous!!

Maybe just a little scared! Does anyone have any advice for me?

Congratulations! Just try to keep a positive attitude. For me it was the best thing I ever did for myself. It will get frustrating however you just need to keep your eye on the prize. Also, don't judge your weight loss against anyone else but yourself.
