AKules82 8 Posted May 9, 2017 Needing some advice on your experience. I am 8 days post op and 23lb down yay BUT today I woke up feeling super sick and have felt it all day. I felt this way 5 days post op but it went away during the day. I'm trying not to freak out that something is wrong but I can't help panic. Did anyone else experience this? Berry78 4,261 Posted May 9, 2017 Nausea is really common. Not everyone gets it. You might mention it to your team and they can make recommendations as to what to take. carolynjackson 171 Posted May 9, 2017 I can relate to your nausea, I was severely nauseated for 3 weeks, took zofran twice daily, had a patch behind my ear and compazine if needed. Had to drink slow, but it got better, now I'm not nauseated. It does get better. Some of the Protein Shakes were so sweet and sickly, good luck.
