I start tomorrow. I did it last week as a sort of test run and it went well. The first three days were the worst, but after that, it got much better. Hang in there!

Haha I just asked you if you started in a different thread. What's your diet? I do two shakes three Snacks and lean cuisine type dinner. I'm at about 900 calories. It's been ok so far.

Not really bc they know ik what they should be doing and how things should flow so no blinders on like most ppl who aren't in the know. Drs bullshit n candy coat things to the pts ALOT unfortunately
