snapy17 39 Posted May 8, 2017 I am 3 month post op & 45 lbs lost.....but guys I blew it this week !!! Blew it big time. All of my bad habits crept back & I allowed myself to eat a ton of simple carbs. I ate frequently. I ate till I was uncomfortably full & experienced terrible guilt afterwards. It was as if the past 3 months didn't happen. I am so ashamed of myself but more importantly so worried that I may not get back on track tomorrow. Sosewsue61 3,185 Posted May 8, 2017 So what triggered this all day food fest? How was the day before - did any life stress happen, or doubt, not enough sleep, worry, an event, what? 2 snapy17 and Dashofpixiedust8 reacted to this
blizair09 3,250 Posted May 8, 2017 All of the sleeves in the world won't make a bit of difference if you don't change your relationship with food. I would get back to basics tomorrow and devote yourself 100% to doing what you need to do. I seem to remember you asking about carbs a while back. If I were you, I get my carbs reduced, journal everything you put into your body, and eat within defined parameters. Good luck! 6 Dashofpixiedust8, SiaIsHere, PatientEleventyBillion and 3 others reacted to this
snapy17 39 Posted May 9, 2017 So what triggered this all day food fest? How was the day before - did any life stress happen, or doubt, not enough sleep, worry, an event, what?2 things triggered this fall....1 was a very stressful week & another was my over confidence with my 45 lb weight loss. A bad combo but a good lesson !!!Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
