Kierajay 43 Posted May 7, 2017 I have really been SLACKING on taking my Vitamins the only vitamins I was told to take was a multivitamin, Iron, and calcium/vitamin d. However I have added B12 because I see that it is needed as well. My main concern is how do you take all these vitamins in a days time I am not a morning person but I do see that if I don't take my vitamins my body is tired my eyes feel strange and I am always thirsty (not so really hungry) I am a month post-op and I don't want any issues in the long run but I feel some may come up. & do anyone still have to sip their drink? I don't really I know everyone body is different but I want to learn how to maintain my weight even when I reach my goal. What did anyone eat a month post op because I still can't find the right foods that agree with me so most I eat one meal a day when I suppose to eat 3 and it is usually a Protein drink/ tuna or a grilled chicken piece. This journey is really a LEARNING PROCESS! But I am determined not to give up!!!
GAWildKat 82 Posted May 7, 2017 I have an app on my phone that reminds me to take my Vitamins and Calcium supplements. I take my 1st calcium supplement with my coffee in the morning and my 1st Multivitamin 2 hrs after my last cup of coffee since milk blocks Iron absorption. After that it's every 3 hrs or so on a schedule til bedtime.Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
esskay77 785 Posted May 7, 2017 Don't slack on the vitamins!! I am 3 years out and still take chewable vitamins. I take them in the morning (except Calcium) before I leave for work which takes the edge off my hunger and then I eat Breakfast at work. I take the Calcium later in the day. Get into a good routine that works for you 2 Kierajay and jla031210 reacted to this
