grammy4 17 Posted May 8, 2017 What does your doctor say? Are you following the guidelines you are supposed to be following? I would think by now your physician would be concerned.
MarinaGirl 609 Posted May 8, 2017 I'm so sorry you're going through this. I've heard a lot of bad feedback on the lapband so I recommend you talk to some bariatric surgeons for their advice - such as removing it and revising to a gastric bypass or DS. 123crod 170 Posted May 9, 2017 Go see the surgeon who did the surgery and talk to them maybe just need a fill and refresher course to get you going! Also a lot of good book on the subject look on Amazon. I have a bunch of good ones. Good luck.

I don't buy that for a minute! I've lost over 100 lbs with the lapband. Seems like most of the time people that have gone a different route want to bash lapband. I know just as many people who have had trouble with the sleeve, or bypass. It's a personal thing. That being said, I'd contact the surgeon. You possibly need a fill or some advice as to what you can do. 1 Julie norton reacted to this

Juliex12 0 Posted June 21, 2017 I had my surgery in May 2010 and I lost weight. I felt great for the first time in a very long time. I was not working at the time so I was able to focus a lot time on me. Exercising everyday and following the program as far as a diet. I went back to work and over the past 7 years I have put all the weight back on. I went and I got my band tightened in February of this year which has helped. I have lost 19 pounds since February. My problem is I am so busy with work and family life that I just can't seem to get back on a good routine of exercising. I am doing ok with the dieting and food portions. Any suggestions on how to get back on a steady routine of exercising?
carlychloe2 106 Posted June 21, 2017 Make your meals in advance for the week . So you have them read yo take too work for lunch and when you come home you can quivkly heat it up. This way no snacking while u r preparing dinner or eating the wrong foodsSent from my SM-N920P using BariatricPal mobile app
