Holy crap! I only have 25 more days until my surgery. I am super excited but also really nervous and stressed out. I'm really struggling with eating right all the time right now as I am a stress eater. Someone tell me I'm overthinking please?!?!

I was doing the same thing before my rny 2 weeks ago. I got it under control by committing to 2 Protein Shakes a day and a sensible ish dinner. It was good practice. Post op, I'm currently trying to find a good stress reliever that isn't food.




I only have a week left before my surgery now and my insurance is being a total pain in the ass. I've been doing better with the eating and whatnot but the stress is intense.

As for a stress reliever that isn't food, I have an emotional support dog. He is seriously the best thing in my life. Maybe you need some puppy love to help with your stress?
