klea0215 8 Posted May 5, 2017 Does anyone recommend a good post bariatric surgery cook books? I see recipes occasionally but would love to have an actual cook book [emoji41]
Nynjesq 24 Posted May 5, 2017 I bought these before surgery on Amazon. I was like you... wanted an actual book. It has some good advice and the recipes look pretty good. I haven't tried them yet...still on stage 1! 1 klea0215 reacted to this
Evans Wifey 26 Posted May 5, 2017 I use Pinterest. Tons of great recipes and sometimes you can find the cookbook they are from in the article. 1 klea0215 reacted to this
Starbug 3 Posted May 6, 2017 ANYTHING by Bariatric Foodie is great! Nik has three (or more) paperback Bariatric cook books (including a very comprehensive one on shakes) and way more free recipes on her blog. The blog is also called Bariatric Foodie and has been a complete lifesaver through all stages of my sleeve journey. Couldn't have made it through purée stage without Bariatric Foodie! 2 neyney1960 and kmarie46 reacted to this
