Bariatric Surgery Cook Books

Does anyone recommend a good post bariatric surgery cook books? I see recipes occasionally but would love to have an actual cook book [emoji41]

I bought these before surgery on Amazon. I was like you... wanted an actual book. It has some good advice and the recipes look pretty good. I haven't tried them yet...still on stage 1!

I use Pinterest. Tons of great recipes and sometimes you can find the cookbook they are from in the article.

ANYTHING by Bariatric Foodie is great! Nik has three (or more) paperback Bariatric cook books (including a very comprehensive one on shakes) and way more free recipes on her blog. The blog is also called Bariatric Foodie and has been a complete lifesaver through all stages of my sleeve journey. Couldn't have made it through purée stage without Bariatric Foodie!
