We just ordered ours for $25 through nutrition direct and aetna. No issues and ships right away. Note that their Vitamin does not include Biotin, so gotta buy that separately if you want it.

Did you get approved with insure nutrition? They sent the information to my insurance, but I have yet to hear back. I don't think I'll get approved though. I was reading my benefits and it states that they don't cover nutritional supplements. Does insure nutrition bill a certain way to get them approved?

I'm not sure they don't take my insurance but the site seems easy to navigate check it out [emoji846] hopefully they take your insurance !
