Help! Where did you get your lap band done? How much did it cost you out of pocket?

I am looking to get started but need all the help I can get in order to select the best center for Lap Band placement.

I am an Illinois reside and looking for a cheap and but good facility. Willing to travel within US. Looking for recommendations, experiences, etc. you can share with me. TIA.

i too went to day one health dr woodard my insurance paid for it all but back when i had it done in 2012 the cash price was $13,000
