garciagiss 23 Posted May 2, 2017 I haven't been on this app since I had my surgery June 2016. I'm coming back almost a year later begging for someone to talk to and know they are going through my same experiences ... I've lost 80 pounds since surgery but found myself at a stall. I'm not loosing and I feel like I'm failing miserably with my new stomach. I sill get full very quickly but i get hungry more often. I've caught myself falling into my old eating patterns and even drinking . In need help and advice , please .
PatientEleventyBillion 851 Posted May 2, 2017 Do you chart? How many calories? Carbs? Protein? Any list of foods you eat?
jmar23 32 Posted May 2, 2017 Congrats on the weight loss first off. Secondly, Stalls happen... of course with that said I'm gonna say what you already know which is don't give up! Get back to the proper eating and drinking habits. I think that is your first step. Other than that have you tried going back to the liquids only to try an kickstart your weight loss? I've read on here that this can help with the stalls. Most of all though don't give up!
