How are you holding down the protien shakes? I get so nauseous on the first sip of it. I had to call my surgeon today to get some anti Nausea meds called in for me because I was dry heaving bad this morning.

I just started my Protein Shakes today. I have been able to keep everything down okay. My doctor also sent me home with liquid pain meds if I need them and anti-nausea meds if I feel sick. I haven't had much except maybe 8 or so oz of Water and about 6 oz of Protein Shake. Tomorrow I'll have a better idea of how much I can get down. I'm still working on getting the gas out of me... walk walk walk. I'm hoping I can get more down tomorrow. I have Protein jelly and protein pudding my mom made me too. So I have some variety. I'll keep you updated with how I do keeping everything down.

I'm so happy to hear you are doing well. Now just move forward one day at a time! I'm sure you'll do great. Keep letting us know how you are progressing. Best wishes.
