1st day of liquid diet

Hello! What side effect did you have your first day of liquid diet?

I had severe diarrhea and nauseas. Is it normal?

That doesn't sound normal, I would think you would just be hungry. Are you on medication that is supposed to be taken with food? Maybe it is messing with your stomach now that you are on a liquid diet.
