joeg 27 Posted May 1, 2017 I read a lot about people have sugar free popsicles were does that fit in on one of your meals. For example i have 2 oz per meal like 1oz tuna and 1 oz cottage cheese. So would i have like 1oz tuna and a sugar free popsicle instead if i wanted toSent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app

orionburn 1,024 Posted May 1, 2017 Most people look to popsicles as a means of getting some extra Water in, not as a Meal Replacement. They can be a nice treat but that's about it. I used them a lot right after surgery but once I was back to regular foods I rarely had them. Since you want to avoid drinking fluids at meal times it wouldn't be a good idea to have one along with regular food. May not be the exact same as drinking a glass of water but the idea is the same. 1 joeg reacted to this
