Donna6126 7 Posted April 30, 2017 I'm seven months post-op. While I'm happy to have lost 44 pounds, I've been stuck since January. I'll lose a pound or two, then gain a pound or two. I know two other people who've had the same surgery and are also at their plateau. Has anyone else gone through this? What did you do to break it? I need to lose another 20 pounds, at least. I'm so frustrated! I've even started working out. Nothing.Sent from my SM-T810 using BariatricPal mobile app 2 dvons and Yardsleever reacted to this
blizair09 3,250 Posted April 30, 2017 How many calories are you taking in per day? Carbs? Protein? How much Water are you drinking every day? Are you tracking your food and drink?
Newme17 3,444 Posted April 30, 2017 Many have found that when they're eating too little, they're stalling their loss. Don't know what you're doing, activity levels, or eating , so it's just a general answer. Best to get with your nut. 1 dvons reacted to this
