Fresh_Start17 3 Posted April 29, 2017 I am done with puree foods and now i am in the next stage. I find myself getting full quick and i am not getting the correct amount of calories each day. I count my calories and I try to eat more but I get the "stuck" feeling of the food and I stop eating. Is there any way I can get my calorie count up? I know that I have not been getting the required calories and I also do not want my body to go into starvation mode.
