I was wondering if anyone uses my fitness pal? I had the gastric sleeve on Tuesday so I'm 4 days post op. I would like to have some people to follow so I can have good examples of what others are doing. I'm still on liquids now, but would like some support for the future.

I love myfitnesspal. I think it's very easy to use and I love that it's free.
