Hello,

I will be banded Oct 9. After much research, and the wonderful info on this site, I am ready. However, I do take medicine for hypothyroid, I was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and if they had any comments or advice...any problems with dosage, change in calories, energy, etc.

I've taken synthroid or its generic version since I was 22... now 38.......... the pills are tiny and I have absolutely NO problem with taken them. I will have my levels checked next month to see if I need to change doses.
