Keep up the great work honey!!How are you guys losing so much weight within the first couple of months. I had surgery march 21st and I've lost only 31lbs . And I've been between 28 and 31 lbs for the last month . It's so annoying because it's like I can't lose anymore. What should I do ? 1 Tarno3 reacted to this
LatinaLite 44 Posted May 11, 2017 Everyone loses differently, but I think mine comes from changing up my daily foods and going to the gym 5 days a week and swimming. I make sure that I eat my Protein first and don't eat the same things every single day. That I think has helped me. I also stay on a very strict schedule with my eating and activity. 1 blev reacted to this

biginjapan 647 Posted May 11, 2017 @niyahimani and @ Tarno3: You are both doing well. Losing 31 pounds in 7 weeks is a completely normal weight loss for bariatric patients. I was the same at your stage (I had my surgery Feb 9). Now I'm just over 3 months post-op and I've lost 40 pounds post-op (but 62 pounds total from my highest weight). You'll go crazy trying to compare yourself to others. We all gain weight differently, we all lose weight differently. 2 niyahimani and AMP00 reacted to this
