I started out at 267lb, December 20th I have my surgery I'm not at 217lbs I think I'm doing pretty good for 4 months out!! I'm feeling good... I wana do more exercises but it's kinda hard with working 2 jobs but I think June will be my last month working 2 jobs so I can get more of my work out in... how long does the hair thinning and lost last???

Looking Great!! Congratulations! Hair loss 3-6 months is from stress of surgery- not much you can do about that except my nutritionist said take Biotin ~ hair loss after 6 month time frame is a lack of Protein ... she said to get a minimum of 60 grams a day...

Thanks I've been taking the Biotin before my surgery and after I know this was supposed to happen but I didn't know how long it'll last..

How is your Protein intake?
Overall, it's predominantly associated with protein levels.
