My surgeon recommended Bariatric Advantage as well. But GNC has a vegan Protein Powder as well. You can by samples to try. They are chalky but might be good with almond milk instead of Water.< br>

I'm not a vegan but I'm allergic to dairy. I love this brand. I add half of an avocado to make it creamy (along with high Protein soy milk and a banana). It's delicious and filling.

Being allergic to dairy could be a blessing!

It's wonderful isn't it. I love it too...I haven't thought to add avocado to it though, I'll give it a try sometime.
