sukiej 15 Posted April 27, 2017 I am 5 months post VSG and 60 lbs down. I have about 20 left to lose. I work out 6 days a week 2 or 3 times a day but 20-30 min each: running/walking/weights. I keep stalling and wonder if I'm only taking in 900-1000 calories and very low carbs if it's not enough and I should increase. Anyone have experience with this? OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted April 27, 2017 Well stalling is normal. but 1200 calories would probably be better. 2 sukiej and LittleLizzieLilliput reacted to this

Newme17 3,444 Posted April 27, 2017 All that working out and so little calories equals stalls and weight gain in the long run. Try to eat a bit more, you'll see it start to move again. 1 sukiej reacted to this
Newme17 3,444 Posted April 27, 2017 I should add, you should consider upping your carbs on weight train days, at least. You'll burn them off anyway. Your body will need them. 1 sukiej reacted to this
