KarenG. 0 Posted October 4, 2007 I know they say 1-2lbs a week average but I assume it is 1 lb one week three another week. Is anyone consistently losing 3 or more lbs per week? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
ragdollx19 1 Posted October 4, 2007 This is straight from my weight loss spreadsheet. Sometimes I lose, sometimes I gain sometimes nada! But it averages out to 2 lbs a week if you count all weeks. <table x:str="" style="border-collapse: collapse; width: 50pt;" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="66"><col style="width: 50pt;" width="66"> <tbody><tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt; width: 50pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17" width="66">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">0.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">0.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt; color: rgb(221, 8, 6);" x:num="" align="right" height="17">3.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-4.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-3.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt; color: rgb(221, 8, 6);" x:num="" align="right" height="17">2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-3.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-3.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-2.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">0.0</td> </tr> <tr style="height: 12.75pt;" height="17"> <td class="xl24" style="height: 12.75pt;" x:num="" align="right" height="17">-1.0</td> </tr> </tbody></table>
WASaBubbleButt 41 Posted October 4, 2007 I did in the beginning. The more you have to lose the easier it is to lose quickly.
Jachut 487 Posted October 4, 2007 I only lost consistently in the first five or six months, since then its been little fits and starts of weight loss, I have not since consistently lost every week. Its been more like 3 weeks at the same weight, lose 4 lb overnight, six weeks at same weight, lose 2lb overnight, one week at the same night, lose another 3lb overnight kind of thing. Lately, its coming off quite fast again, I really dont know quite why.

JulieNYC 4 Posted October 4, 2007 I consistently lost 3 lbs/week when my BMI was above 35. From 30 to 35 it was more like 2/week. Now it's more like 1/week, but, really, that's fine.
