Hello everyone! I'm curious on what the amount of food we should be eating. How many ounces/cups of Protein and veggies are we supposed to be eating in a meal?

I usually have a protein the size of my palm and around 1/2 cup of veggies for a meal. I get pretty full but I'm not sure if I should be eating less.
