Hey everybody I'm new to this group i have a question if having server sleep apnea will it stop you from getting the surgery gastric sleeve ??

No, not at all. I have sleep apnea and it was actually one of the things that qualified me for sleeve surgery.

No it wanted because lot of people have sleep apnea hat is how got approved for sugery

No it will not. I had sleep apnea. I had to bring my CPAP to the hospital to use after surgery. Funny thing is, my sleep apnea has gone from obstructive to central. I can't win for losing. I have a sleep study scheduled for 4 May to see if I actually have central apnea or if my machine is misinterpreting the data.
