julsfit 133 Posted April 25, 2017 When can we start taking non chewable vitamins?
PatientEleventyBillion 851 Posted April 26, 2017 (edited) If you can take medication, you can take chewable vitamins. So.. I'd say immediately at discharge (i.e. when they clear you for liquids). Just make sure to chew it well. Edited April 26, 2017 by PatientEleventyBillion 1 shay_148 reacted to this

Bogie61 1 Posted April 26, 2017 I started taking my Vitamins right away. My dietician also recommend coq10 daily to fight fatigue. It seems to be working for me.Sent from my ASUS_Z01BDC using BariatricPal mobile app

travelergirl 142 Posted June 24, 2017 I agree that if you can take other meds in pill form then you can do your Vitamins.< br>I plan to stick with the chewable for a while. I am still on a couple of extra prescriptions and I get sick of taking pills. I used to be able to swallow all of my pills at once but I can't do that yet post surgery. I actually enjoy my mixed berry chewables so I'm sticking with them for a while.Sent from my SM-G920V using BariatricPal mobile app
