Is nonfat, no sugar added ice cream or frozen yogurt considered full liquids?

According to my instructions, yes. We also give ice cream on full liquid diets in the hospital where I work.

as long as it doesn't have any chunks in it. make sure you keep the portion really small..a couple tablespoons.

Be careful with ice cream (as I'm sitting here nibbling on a few bites)... it goes down WAY to easy. I'm better off to not keep it in my house at all!

Yup, I absolutely can't keep it in the house, I have NO SELF CONTROL with it. Most things I either have self control, or the band controls it.. but ice cream is one of those things that just go right through and I love it so much. I've tried keeping it in the house, but I gorge on it.. so it's just not allowed in my house anymore!
