carsoneg 0 Posted April 25, 2017 So I'm 6 weeks pre-surgery, and I'm curious as to what everyone is using as their B12 supplement... I have heard of weekly nasal sprays, pills, and PatchMD. I just want to know what has been the most successful for people overall. Thanks!
clevergirl 41 Posted April 25, 2017 I'm using PatchMD for everything. B12, multi, Iron, Calcium, and Biotin. I work at a pharmacy and have been talking with the owner about starting a patch Vitamin subscription service! 1 Alex Brecher reacted to this

We already offer a discounted patch subscription service at the BariatricPal Store. 1 justjodi916 reacted to this
Kaylalala 24 Posted April 29, 2017 I'm sooooo disappointed with Patches right now. I think I may have had a reaction to the B12 patch (yes just the b12 patch...the multi and Iron didn't do the same thing) when I went to speak to them about the problem to see if it was normal, I was hung up on before I could even finish. What happened? Did you have a reaction? I purchased the multi and B12 too but haven't received them yet.
Kaylalala 24 Posted April 29, 2017 What happened? Did you have a reaction? I purchased the multi and B12 too but haven't received them yet. I did! I still have a bright red outline of where the patch was on my skin. I didn't have this problem with the Iron or multi so idk what's up with it. I'm disappointed. I wanted it to work. 2 LeaninLanc and JenSev reacted to this

Sleeveforme2017 144 Posted May 3, 2017 After a month on the patch my Iron level dropped even lower. I take the Multivitamin patch. But wants me to take an additional iron and Calcium tablet along with the patch
Joann454 1,329 Posted May 3, 2017 My NUT said there is not enough evidence the Patches work. I'm wearing mine now (pre op) and hope my blood work comes back ok 1 Alex Brecher reacted to this

I think if there was some hard science studies that would make my NUT very happy. She's skeptical. 1 Raylee77 reacted to this
