nomorefattypatty 329 Posted April 24, 2017 Can anyone tell me how they handled all the meds, I know for a few weeks I have to crush my pills, or capsules I have to empty into applesauce. Does anyone have any idea on how I should handle all these meds and what would be best to mix them with. Also I heard that omeprazol tastes horrible and I have to take that everyday.Someone please help me I'm freaking out about all these meds and how to get them in on top of all the Vitamins.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Redmaxx 740 Posted April 25, 2017 I used to take omeprazole for heart burn but I no longer have to take it. I never had to crush pills of take capsules apart. Sorry but I can't help. I had gastric bypass. I only had to crush or open capsules for a week. Be warned they taste nasty no matter what you add them too. The omeprazole doesn't have a taste, it's little beads. I actually had to be switched from the Latuda because it's to be taken with a large meal and obviously those days are over for us.
