dsdesigna 143 Posted April 25, 2017 It is perfectly normal as long as you are staying hydrated and getting in the Protein required. Stalls in weight loss is normal and should not be cause for concern. Weigh yourself no more than once a week to avoid being terribly frustrating as fluctuations are very normal. Hang in there. How much Water are you drinking each day? What are you doing for exercise? Are you logging your food and drink? It very well might be a stall. They happen and happen frequently for me, but in order to give you any advice, it would be helpful to have some more information... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
