Approved!!!

I got my approval letter from Cigna in the mail Saturday! It has a surgery date of May 31st on it! I haven't spoke with my patient advocate yet, so I'm not sure that's my actual date. I'm thinking it must be the date my advocate gave them. So excited! I've been in the process since Sep 26th.

I'm 5'1, 39 years young, 242 lbs. I have rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, femoroacetabular impingement syndrome & a few other issues. I'm praying that the weight I've put on due to depression, inmobility & steroids, will give me my life back.

How long did it take for approval once it was submitted to Cigna? I have Cigna and am waiting on my approval now
