nefellli 8 Posted April 23, 2017 Before anyone judges which it can happen, I had to get sleeved as the only option that My doctor and I had, due to the medical issues that wouldn't allow my body to lose any weight. I was sleeved on December 22nd 2016. Starting weight 200lbs at surgery 195lbs and now 153 lbs. I've been stuck there for over two months. It's very discouraging. I still can't eat the required amount of food, hurts when I drink too much Water. I am having a hard time with that. I can primarily eat healthy Snacks rather than meals. I'm losing a lot of hair, and I have been having the worst bowel issues. Severe pain isn't even the right description it's worse than that.
jjsasha 18 Posted April 23, 2017 Have you reached out to your doctor? Something doesn't sound right. I'm have some similar issues, I'm 10 weeks out. I recommend colace if you're having Constipation issues. I hope things start working soon!

nefellli 8 Posted April 24, 2017 I have been taking colace and one other supplement for that. But it's not the Constipation as much as the pain I get whether I do or not. Since the surgery I haven't had a normal solid one. It's always loose. Yes multiple times but I keep hearing the same thing. It's getting in the way of my life. Im scared to be out in public because the pain is so severe i even start crying from it. It's stops my life to be honest.
Torriluv87 300 Posted April 24, 2017 Maybe see a GI doctor? Or try to go over your diet? You may be sensitive to something. Are you having dairy? If so you could be lactose intolerant. I am very intolerant. I was having severe stabbing pain in my abdomen and loose stools for a good week before i realized what it was (after only introducing dairy twice).Took about 2 weeks to fully get over it but once i cut the dairy i was fine. But thats just ME. Definately contact your surgeon and a gastro doctor. And in the mean time i would go over my diet and start slowly eliminating things to see if it helps any. Oh and Water took a while for me too. If i dont take my time with it or its too cold itll hurt. Its just something i figured will resolve itself with time. It used to be really bad where id get a horrible stabbing in my chest a few seconds after drinking. I switched to room temp water and that helped tremendously. These surgeries come with a HUGE learning curve. Sorry you're having such a rough time. Hope things get better soon.
