clevergirl 41 Posted April 23, 2017 I'm really digging the patch Vitamins. I don't know why it's easier for me to remember to apply them than it is to take pills, but it is. Where are you wearing yours? Do you rotate? Some places seem more comfortable and less noticeable than others. Pro tip: don't wear them on the inside of your upper arm. OUCH!!
