foevlo 21 Posted April 23, 2017 Has anyone had a Duodenal Switch. I had my sleeve a little over a year ago and have lost 95lbs. I am considering having the DS to help with additional weight loss. Has anyone out there done it or thought of doing it?
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted April 23, 2017 Why can't you keep losing with the sleeve? What do you eat like? I mean you can easily keep losing in year 2 with the sleeve. There is a DS forum you can ask questions.

Has anyone out there done it or thought of doing it?Have you started eating carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, bread, fried foods, fast foods, sodas, pizza, sugary drinks, sugary Desserts, etc? And not exercising? And getting a gallon of Water in a day? I f so you should still be losing? Count your calories and make sure you are burning more calories then you consume! 1 transmformme reacted to this
