Mscas3 0 Posted October 9, 2007 Thanks Gianak! I'm in the USA in Massachusetts. I will look for the books. I am also trying out the protien drinks in preparation for the liquid phase of things. Little by little and day by day we are getting there! We will both begin our new life on the same day! Best to us both! I'll be looking for you on the site as we go through this together! Chickie 15 Posted October 9, 2007 I don't know how I missed your post! I always try to welcome the Aussies!! Welcome to LBT Ginaki!! It is totally normal to have mixed emotions about any major surgery. Just try to relax in the next couple of weeks, and prepare as best as you can for the upcoming op. Again, welcome! Definetly a major event of our lives, after our wedding day and the birth of our kids,, this surgery is the birth of our new lives........ Well I saw the doctor today - didn't get a date as the regular secretary is on holidays, but when she gets back will be given a date. Yes unfortunately my dr wants me to try to stick to it for 4 weeks - depending on what date I get. I bought some of their Meal Replacement bars, thought I might work my way into it gradually - just 2 meals a day until I find out my date. Danna:cool:
