I use Isopure unflavored Protein Powder and it's no carb and sugar free.

It's great because you can mix it into drinks such as Crystal Light, Powerade Zero and my favorite, Decaf iced tea. You can also mix it into foods like cream Soups, broth, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.

I use bi- pro and I really like it. The choc flavor is not sweet and I tolerate it well
