Melody Renique 8 Posted April 21, 2017 I'm currently 10 months post-VSG and still losing weight with no exercise at all. When will the weight loss stop? I'm starting to look a little like a starving person...Suggestions? 2 ProudGrammy and SiaIsHere reacted to this
Kimmy0926 22 Posted April 21, 2017 Hello! I was sleeved 6/30/15 - when I felt that what I had lost was enough and started looking too thin in my face especially, I bumped up my calorie intake by 200 calories. I went with that for about 2 weeks, adjusted to the new amount of calories and put back 5 pounds on. It made ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD! I've been holding steady for 6 months now only teetering when my monthly is due. Good Luck!! Hope this info helps. 5 Julie norton, redfire_angel75, browngirl89 and 2 others reacted to this
Melody Renique 8 Posted April 21, 2017 Thank you! The weight loss is real evident in my face and at 58 years old, I don't need to sag anywhere any sooner than I have to! LOL....Thanks Kimmy0926 3 browngirl89, redfire_angel75 and Kimmy0926 reacted to this
Dimples58 167 Posted April 21, 2017 You look great at 58. I'm 58 and will be having WLS hopeful within the next few months. I'm scheduled to attend orientation on 4/27 at Kaiser Hopsital in Richmond. I am so looking forward to this new journey. Congrats to you. 2 Kimmy0926 and redfire_angel75 reacted to this
Julie norton 2,850 Posted April 22, 2017 Enjoy your new low weight. !!Many of us find there is a bounce range and our original low weight often is difficult to stay and maintain. Maintenance is a bit tricky but is doable. You have changed your life ... and I congratulate you on your victory! 2 redfire_angel75 and browngirl89 reacted to this

ssflbelle 829 Posted May 27, 2017 You look fanatastic. I agree with Kimmy about added more calories if your are really not happy with where you are. I had my surgery Jan 26 2016 and had about another 135 to lose to get to my goal weight of 180 which is what I thought I wanted. Nine months later October of 2016 I really slowed down and have hardly lost any more weight since that time. I am about 37 pounds from my goal and am still trying to get there. 1 Melody Renique reacted to this
