Two weeks liquid diet

I messed up I'm just going to put it this way. I had lost 20 on my own. And when I started this two weeks liquid diet I nibbled three days in a row. I have told myself that I am going to be very strict for the next 10 days. Do you think this will effect my surgery or will my liver still strink in these next 10 days?????

No. It won't. Just don't nibble anymore and stick with the program. You've got ten more days, that's plenty to get your liver shrunk.
