Sullie06 1,013 Posted April 20, 2017 I know it's completely normal and part of the process but stalls are so frustrating. I'm 16wks post op tomorrow and I have been gaining and losing the same pound for 11 days, I weigh myself every 3 days. Just needed to vent to people who understand. The last two weeks before the stall I lost 5 pounds a week so to see the scale halted I want to scream. 2 gpjess and Monasmle reacted to this
blizair09 3,250 Posted April 20, 2017 I go through the same thing. During my pre-op diet program, my weight loss was linear -- 3 pounds per week like clockwork. Post-op, my weight loss is more of a step function. I lose 10 pounds in 10 days and then I stall for 10 days. It has been like this most of the last 7 months. It can be frustrating, but I have learned that it just works that way, so the further out I get, the less mentally-taxing it is... 1 Sullie06 reacted to this
cajun_queen 94 Posted April 20, 2017 Same here, the scale won't budge but my clothes are fitting looser and looser so I know something is happening. I'm only 8 weeks out and have hit several stalls, super frustrating but trying to not let it get to my head.
