JohnGraySmiley 88 Posted April 20, 2017 Hi Pals,I'm eleven months post-op..so happy to finally be in wonderland for the first time in like...never (jk). I'm a little bummed because I have had the longest stall and I'm wondering what I need to do to kick start the weight loss again. I'm about 20 lbs away from the surgeon's goal weight and about 35 lbs away from MY goal weight. The stall has been about 6 weeks. Any ideas are welcome. I still do high Protein and I'm very active, still log my daily intake as well! Happy Wednesday!
digi1024 3 Posted April 20, 2017 Omg I just posted almost the same exact question . I've only lost 12 pounds in the last 3 months . I'm 8 months post op and about 25 pounds from goal . I've lost 85 lbs total . It's so frustrating . How many grams of Protein are you eating ?
